AVAILABILITY
- Changeover day is Saturday.
- You can access the house at any time from 4.00pm onwards on your day of arrival. If cleaning is finished before this , you can, of course go in. If you arrive before the cleaning is finished, you can have a swim in the pool while you wait. Leaving time is fixed at 10.00am on the morning of departure.

NOTES TO PRICES
A deposit of 25% will confirm your booking when received along with your booking form. The 25% deposit under normal circumstances is non refundable unless we are able to rebook the holiday. You may wish to take out insurance against cancellation, ill health etc.
- The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to occupancy.
- A FULLY REFUNDABLE BOND of £200 (€290) is also required against damages.
- All prices include bed linen and towels.
